Ms. Lexima believes in the spirit of entrepreneurial leadership where every dedicated individual can create through the Lead & Earn global program that she designs. With nearly two decades career in STEM, public health, consulting, venture capital, political organizing and advocacy. She is determined to invest in global partnerships to power voices for action and contribute to thriving communities. Ms. Lexima is a White House Fellow Regional finalist, Cross Sector leadership Fellow – Presidio Institute, and earns degrees in Information Systems, Public Health from University of Illinois Chicago & The American University.
Ms. Lieberman works full time as an Associate Director, Platforms & Applications Engineering for Collins Aerospace, leading over 100 employees globally. She was a Girl Scout leader for 6 years. She is a Fairfax County Park Authority volunteer for environmental and food security causes. Her mix of professional and volunteer experience exemplifies her passion for encouraging girls to take interest in STEM. She holds a Bachelor's in Computer and Information Science from University of Maryland University College, a Master of Science from Catholic University of America, and an MBA with a focus on Information Security from James Madison University. She is a wife, mother of two children, who enjoys spending time with her family and her dog.
Mr. Stewart specializes in organizing individuals' skills and energies to raise funds and build sustainable community-based organizations. He works as Grants Manager for the Piedmont Environmental Council, a nonprofit conservation organization in Virginia, and volunteers as a community advocate for more sustainable, walkable and bikeable communities in northern Virginia. Douglas lives in Fairfax City, VA with his wife and their teenage son.

Dienna is a NJ/MD professional CPA (Certified Public Accounting) with over 14 years of accounting, audit and tax experience. Dienna’s tax accounting/audit career took her through different industries such as healthcare, IT, services, retail. Throughout her career, Dienna has worked for Big4 Accounting firms, District of Columbia and private companies.
Dienna comes from a family of entrepreneurs, where her mother and aunts distilled in her the spirit of entrepreneurship. Side by side with her mom, she managed her mom’s retail store gaining management and business skills from there. More importantly Dienna understands the importance of giving back, as she joins WoC to bring her talents for impact. She is a mother of twin girls and resides in MD with her husband.
Mr. Tan has been engaged in the early formation of Women on Change as the Chief Information Officer and teacher, where he designed online safety training for both parents and children. He is a Senior Software Engineer with DISYS. He brings a combination of technical and business acumen to impact girls thrive in tech and business. He is the President of BTan Consulting, graduated from Radford University with both Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration. He is a dedicated girl dad, husband and resides in MD.
